Rousseau won the 2002 Pavo Cup. One year later he was reserve champion at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany. Dam Patoya is a PROK-mare by Whinny Jackson. The dam sire was successfully competed in dressage at national level and then exported as an international Grand prix show jumping horse under Irish Billy Twomey. Grand dam Lou Lou competed at Z1-level dressage and has the Keur and sport predicate. Her full brother is also aZ- level dressage horse. The dam line carries sires Sultan, Amor and Gouverneur.
